Got Lice? Not for long!

My daughter has lice, and Wednesday night, I gave her a lice treatment. In 7-10 days I am supposed to giver her another one. Today I was looking and there are still nits in her hair attached to her hair not far from the scalp. When I give her the next treatment will all the lice be gone? Please help!!

My 3 year old has head lice, no clue where they came from since all ther older siblings do not have em. The problem is…. I use the shampoos clean the bedding vaccum ect. and apparently not killing all the eggs or picking em all… Those combs they provide are for CRAP cause i will literally comb over a section 20 times and SEE it not grab the nit… I dont know what to do… Im pregnant as well and I dont know any more… Please any suggestions…
