Got Lice? Not for long!

My daughter has lice, and Wednesday night, I gave her a lice treatment. In 7-10 days I am supposed to giver her another one. Today I was looking and there are still nits in her hair attached to her hair not far from the scalp. When I give her the next treatment will all the lice be gone? Please help!!

My mum just found head lice in my sister’s hair and it is very likely that I have them as well!

They are outside now, buying the treatment stuff but I was wonering how long it takes before they are gone, if you use the treatment thoroughly?

Notice I didn’t ask about getting lice…I’m well aware it does not matter in that case. I’m asking as far as treatment…is long, thick hair down the behind difficult to treat…? Should it be cut shorter to make it more manageable?
