Got Lice? Not for long!

I have tried Mayonnaise and then a comb…. and I have tried The Rombi eletric lice comb… I am Twelve and none of my family can see the nits so I would have to do it….

we have been battleing headlice for a few months now, nothing we do seems to be working. WE have tried store bought items and home rememdies. Please some one help. I have such thick and long hair it hard to take a lice comb thu it. Plus its hard to comb your own hair with that little pick. Does Dying your hair kill lice and their eggs? i live in a house with 3 girls with long long hair. and we just cant get rid of the lice. does anyone have any suggestions. what about 100 precent rubbing alc. stright on your head?
ps. please who know nothing about lice..
Lice like clean heads. Im not a dirrty person. nor do we live in a scummy house. We keep getting headlice from a source from church. whom we dont know who it is.

We keep having a Lice problem -though I think we have gotten rid of them this time -I saw the Robi Comb in Walmart today for $22.00 its a little pricey -especially if it doesn’t work – so i was wondering if any one has tried it & how well does it work – I thought it would be good to try -to use it to make sure we got all the lice & their eggs out -since it claims to detect them on you – Let me know if you know anything about it – Thanks
Um obviously you never had lice – you gotta use combs to get the nits out – the Shampoo alone wont do much -LOL

that was a very smart mouthed comment !!!- FYI We got it from my neices daycare & its really hard to get rid of -so I hope you never get it but -maybe you should so you’ll know that anyone can get it – It mostly happens to people with CLEAN hair – lice prefer clean hair & almost never go to dirty hair – so if you’ve never gotten it maybe its cause your hair is DIRTY – EWWW!!! LOL

I have everything in the pharmacy products, but its very difficult to try to comb through her hair with a fine tooth comb and the hair breaks, like me. Who knows what is an effective way that is safer to use in children?
