I had a problem with my embarrassing dandruff and lice for many years. It lessens my self-esteem especially during social gatherings with my friends.I tried a lot of various treatments like shampoos,ointment and even herbal plants but it won’t help.Please give me an advice of some good solutions or treatments on the internet to get rid of my problem.

A trip to walgreens!
I used to have really bad dandruff but after i started using T-Gel, it magically stopped.

Hi i would see your MD, they can give you prescription meds for both lice are very catchy to other people. So it is best to get it under control. Frequent bathing and shampooing might help with some of your problem too. You will probably need to do some major cleaning of your bedroom and sleeping clothes too. Try to find out where the lice are coming from are you exposed to someone who has them? Good Luck.

Boiling water worked for me – you should have seen the lice jumping out!

but my hairdresser had always said to use Selsun Blue shampoo for dandruff
